We all have things that stand in our way of getting what we truly want in our lives. We call them obstacles. We spend so much time trying to figure out how to avoid and resist these obstacles. But what if you tried something different. Instead of trying to distract yourself, instead of trying to will yourself, and instead of trying to beat yourself into submission. What if...You just let the obstacles come? What if you just sat in the uncomfortableness of those obstacles? What if you just allowed them to be? We spend so much of our energy trying to fight these obstacles but what if we just saw them for what they were. Just another stepping stone on our path. Just another lesson to learn.
